Skye - Long weekend

Andy, May 21st, 08:33

A great trip at the end of the year, and a lovely way to relax after exams. Hope for long, sunny, warm evenings in a time and place where the sky never gets fully dark!

Climbing, the magnificent Cullin, a nice wee distillery and, named because of its inherent manlyness, the fairy pools. One or two midges *may* be present.

Camping at the Glen Brittle campsite, we will be leaving Heriot-Watt just as soon as we can (~6pm) and won't be back until late on Tuesday.

Numbers: Up to 21. The plan is to leave on Friday, taking the 12 seater at 1230, and the 9 seater as soon after 4pm as possible.

Cost: Fuel subs plus £5pppn camping = £33 for the trip, plus any communal food.
