MCofS Winter Mountaineering tips

Now that the weather is starting to get colder and daylight hours are diminishing, have a read of these ten tips from the Mountaineering Council of Scotland.

In particular, make sure you have a headtorch with spare batteries in case you end up coming down in the dark, and bring a survival bag and extra warm layers of clothing as the temperature can drop rapidly once the sun's down.
