Signup Sheet

  • You will need to enter your username and password in order to sign up. Don't know them? Check your email - it may be that you are not on the official member list and are therefore not receiving club emails. You must contact the committee to get this sorted ASAP on the address found on the contact page.
  • The number of places on each trip is always 12 (including the driver), unless otherwise stated. If you see 12 names on the list, you can still sign up but you will be considered as being on the waiting list.
  • If someone decides to cancel his/her commitment, the list will be automatically updated, as long as you are removed from the list by a committee member. IF YOU ARE NOT COMING, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT A COMMITTEE MEMBER REMOVE YOUR NAME FROM THE LIST. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN US CHARGING YOU FOR THE TRIP!
